See|Me Presents
Represent
What do you represent?
In 2020 our world changed. Events have been set in motion to tip the balance towards a better future but we need to stand up and make that happen.
REPRESENT your art
REPRESENT the world you want
REPRESENT the world we need
theme
Artists have great power and influence to interpret and represent what they see in the world and the world they want to be seen. Our collective representation influences perception, sways opinion, and leaves a lasting impression on the world around us.
REPRESENT comes at a time of great social change & upheaval - how we represent ourselves to the world influences acceptance & opportunity but can also trigger bias and sometimes violence and persecution.
Please submit art that “represents” you, your values, how you see the world, or the world you wish to see. (self-portrait OK).
