Grand Prize Award (Determined by the Grand Prize jury panel. Pro entrants only.)

 A feature spot at SCOPE Miami 2012, securing your place alongside the top players in the international art world.
$10,000 total cash, which includes a $5,000 production allowance for your SCOPE Miami exhibition and a $5,000 cash prize.
Press and publicity to hundreds of thousands of viewers promoting your exhibition at SCOPE Art Show.
Luxury Accommodations at the Delano Hotel in the center of the action on South Beach during Art Basel.
An online feature promoting your work internationally through the Scope Art Show, Artists Wanted and See // Exhibition networks.

Category Awards (Determined by the jury panel. Pro entrants only.)

Winners will be selected in the following categories:

  • Design & Illustration
  • Painting & Drawing
  • Photography
  • Sculpture & Installation
  • Motion & Sound

Category Winners will each receive an online feature promoting their work internationally and printed inclusion in the Art Takes Miami book and the 1,001 Artists Project at SCOPE Miami.

Early Entry Award (Determined by the jury panel. Pro entrants only.)

Awarded to one selected artist who enters by Friday September 7, 2012 11:59pm ET.

  • $1,000 cash grant
  • Printed inclusion in the Limited Edition Art Takes Miami Catalog
  • An online feature promoting your work internationally

People's Choice Award (Determined by the public. Open to Basic and Pro entrants.)

The public will cast their vote and one artist who ranks amongst the highest voted portfolios will be selected to receive:

  • $2,500 cash grant
  • An online feature promoting your work internationally

The 1,001 Artists Project (Determined by the public. Open to Basic and Pro entrants.)

1,001 artists will be selected to be included in a digital presentation displayed in the Art Takes Miami exhibition booth at SCOPE Art Show. Exhibited artwork will be selected from amongst the highest voted portfolios.

Art Takes Miami 2012 Catalog (Open to Basic and Pro entrants.)

Select artists will be invited to be printed in a limited edition Art Takes Miami 2012 Catalog, which will be distributed to art industry professionals and enthusiasts all across the globe.
